This is not a standard yoga class or a one-size-fits-all method. Each session begins with listening — to where you are, what you need, and how your body is responding in the present moment.

My approach is gentle, personalised and trauma-aware, offering a space where you can explore movement, breath and body awareness without pressure, performance or the need to “do it right.”

A trauma-informed approach values safety, choice, pacing and respect for personal boundaries. You are never asked to push through discomfort or perform for an external standard.

 — Integrative
When it feels aligned with your needs, Reiki may be included as a complementary element within the session, supporting rest, presence and overall well-being.

Step 1 — First contact
You get in touch and briefly share what you are looking for. This helps us understand whether this approach is the right fit for you.

Step 2 — First session
We begin with a one-to-one session based on listening, observation and a practice designed around your current needs.

Step 3 — Ongoing support
If you would like to continue, we can shape a personalised path together, with sessions that evolve according to your process and pace.

About Mary

I am a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, and my work has gradually moved toward personalised one-to-one sessions rooted in somatic awareness, presence and care. I have a particular interest in trauma-informed yoga, and my background also includes Reiki and mindfulness, which inform my work in an integrated and respectful way.
